The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) is pleased to announce Laura Miele, EVP & Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Arts (EA), who will present the Opening Keynote for the 2022 D.I.C.E. Summit (#DICE2022), taking place February 22-24, 2022 at the Mandalay Bay Resort.  

As EVP and COO, Laura Miele is responsible for managing EA’s company-wide operations, including leadership of EA’s strategic planning framework. Previously, she served as the Chief Studios Officer, where she oversaw 25+ studios, bringing her expertise to empower transformative innovation at the creative heart of EA to deliver amazing experiences for half a billion players around the world.  

During her more than 25 years with EA, Laura has held a variety of strategic leadership roles across publishing, marketing, and analytics. Additionally, she has led EA’s efforts to advance representation across the company and its games. She founded the EA Women’s Ultimate Team ERG to promote gender diversity and equality both inside and outside the organization. 

Laura has been recognized by AdAge as one of their “Women to Watch,” the San Francisco Business Times as one of the “Most Influential Women in Business,” and was named to the 2020 Variety500 -- an index of the 500 most influential business leaders shaping the global media industry.
