With 15 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition in the games industry, Marina Jónsdóttir has always been passionate about people and leadership. A leap of faith brought Marina into leadership coaching, and whilst heading up People experiences at Starbreeze, she built up her coaching business on the side to help people unleash their full leadership potential. Marina’s career journey includes key roles at CCP Games, Wargaming, and Epic Games, leading to her current position as Head of People Experiences at Starbreeze.
