Effective DE&I Starts with Intentional Leadership
Successful implementation of DE&I and anti-racist initiatives starts at the leadership level through unequivocal support, proactive advocacy, and consistent behavior modeling. As leaders, we have the unique privilege to affect hundreds, if not thousands, of employees while setting a positive example for the industry and those that strive to have a seat at the table within it. In this roundtable, we will discuss how we can get serious about intentional leadership and designing a purposeful and sustainable culture that fosters diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
