Jen MacLean

As the General Manager of Creator Partnerships for Xbox, Jen MacLean leads business development, strategic partner management, and production partner management teams supporting Xbox’s largest partners around the world.  A lifelong gamer, Jen has held various senior roles in game development over her career, most recently leading worldwide business development for small and mid-sized game studios for Amazon Web Services and, previously, serving as the Executive Director for the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) and IGDA Foundation. Jen earned an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a BA from the Johns Hopkins University.
