Dom grew up surrounded by family members in the film and TV business, so entertainment design and story were familiar topics around the dinner table. Dom was always inspired by games though, and he began his gaming career in 2001 at Sega Europe where he worked in QA and Product Development on titles such as Rez, Crazy Taxi 2 and Shenmue 2. Moving on to the Sony London Studio he specialized in Level and Game Design for the Getaway franchise amongst other titles. In 2008 he moved to America to join LucasArts and Lucasfilm where he worked on several different projects of all shapes and sizes for multiple platforms. Highlights there included making The Secret of Monkey Island re-masters and working with George Lucas for two years as the Director of Star Wars 1313.
In 2013 Dom rejoined Sony in their Worldwide Studios America division, where his main responsibilities are to lead the Pixelopus team on their mission to make innovative games with heart. They shipped their first game, Entwined, in 2014 and are hard at work on a new title. He also supports other teams in the wider PlayStation family with design or creative consultancy.
