Min is responsible for the brand and strategic initiatives of Nexon America and its published titles. His current professional and personal goal is the mainstream adoption of the microtransaction business model in North America.

Prior to joining Nexon America, Min launched the Global Edition of MapleStory as the Vice President of Global Business Development at Wizet Corp. MapleStory remains one of the world's top online games supported by a microtransaction business model.

He theorizes that his interest in microtransactions comes from a combination of experiences eating Cracker Jacks, trading baseball cards, playing Magic the Gathering, painting Games Workshop miniatures, and recently buying music on iTunes.  Yes� he is a nerd.
