A specialist in character-action games, Michael John has worked as a design lead on games such as the original Spyro the Dragon series, and more recently Daxter for the PSP. Though Michael has been a designer for over ten years, he has only worked for a development studio once - when he founded and ran a studio in 2003-2004.
Michael is also co-author of the "Cerny Method," a manifesto for disciplined pre-production, made famous by a speech given by Mark Cerny at the inaugural DICE conference.
