Ted Price is the President of Insomniac Games, Inc. He founded the company in 1994 with the very specific intention of becoming a console developer. Insomniac has created three original franchises on the Playstation and PS2 consoles whose combined sales have now exceeded 12 million units worldwide. Disruptor was the company's first game, followed by the Spyro series on the Playstation (Spyro the Dragon, Spyro2: Ripto's Rage, and Spyro Year of the Dragon). The company's latest game is Ratchet & Clank, released on the PS2 during the holiday season 2002. Price contributed to the "Doin' It Again — The Ins and Outs of Sequels" panel. |
