Lorne Lanning

Lorne Lanning is the President and Creative Director of Oddworld Inhabitants. Prior to forming Oddworld with CEO Sherry McKenna in 1994, Lanning was the Creative Director of Special Projects and Visual EFX Supervisor at Rhythm & Hues Studios in Hollywood, CA. At Rhythm & Hues since 1989, Lanning worked on numerous award-winning commercials, films, and theme park simulation attractions. Prior to Special Effects production, Lanning was a technical director for aerospace visualization at TRW. He began his career as a freelance illustrator in NYC.

Lanning hosted a seminar discussing the challenges and value of injecting classic humor and entertainment value into gameplay.
