Owen Rubin

Owen Rubin is a Berkeley graduate in engineering and computer sciences, and has held senior engineering and/or management positions at Atari, Bally, Apple, Pacific Bell/SBC and numerous start-ups in security, digital TV, and semiconductors. Owen has designed everything from video games to Macintosh computers, from operating systems to application security. For over 10 years, Owen focused on the design, development and deployment of broadband and digital interactive TV systems, including time as a project lead for Paul Allen's Interval Research. He has participated on standards committees including Open Cable Applications Platform, ATSC, DAVIC, and Microsoft Insight.  Owen has 4 patents in these fields.
