Isaac is a co-founder and Managing Partner of 3SJ Tactical Solutions.  3SJ is a consulting firm focused on two industries; Security and Tactical Training, and Executive Leadership.  The impetuous for the founding of 3SJ was to continue the culture of the SEAL Teams in the civilian world.  3SJ serves as the next step in career development for former SEALs, while taking our ethos and culture and delivering it business leaders in a challenging environment.  Since leaving the Navy, Isaac has become the founding shareholder in companies across other industries.  The intent of which, is to provide access points to other former SEALs who desire careers in those sectors.  Prior to founding 3SJ, from January 2003 through July 2011, Isaac was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Navy where he was a member of SEAL Team 7.  Isaac completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training with Class 248 in the spring of 2004.  After earning his SEAL Trident in November of 2004, Isaac headed to Fort Bragg, North Carolina. There he attended the Special Operations Combat Medic (18D) course.  As a special operator, Isaac has deployed overseas three times and held the position of Sniper, Medic and Intelligence Department Head. In addition, prior to receiving his honorable discharge from the Navy in July 2011, Isaac was an SEAL Qualification Training (SQT) Land Warfare Instructor.
